Roofing Forming Machine is a rollformer line which is designed professional for making the roof tile and wall tile. The roofing tile roll forming machine and wall panel roll forming machine included, 5 tons manual decoiler/hydraulic decoiler, main roll forming system and hydraulic cutting systems. For the tile shapes, there are varieties of profiles of the tile, the corrugated roofing tile, the trapezoidal roofing tile and the glazed roofing tile. Tile making machine is widely used in every country for make the steel house. With the development of tile making machine, the speed is improving, with the servo cutting system, the speed now can reach as much as 45 meters per minute.
